Hervorragender Service! Unsere Anfrage ob man in der Lage sei zwei defekte Magnetventile zu reparieren wurde nicht wie heute üblich, mit den Worten "Da gibt es sicherlich keine Ersatzteile mehr." oder "Das lohnt sich ja doch nicht mehr." beantwortet. Nein, man war sofort bereit die defekten Ventile in Augenschein zu nehmen und falls möglich zu reparieren. Die Reparatur stellte sich als möglich heraus und wurde sofort vorgenommen. Übrigens....es handelte sich um Fremdfabrikate. Die Firma Konstantin verfügt offensichtlich über hoch motivierte, serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter, die einen solch hervorragenden Service möglich machen. Als Firma welche ab und an ein Problem im Bereich Pneumatik hat, ist man froh die Firma Konstantin in der Nähe zu wissen.
