Rotary units and rotary distributors
In addition to our stock standard rotary unions, KONSTANDIN develops and manufactures customer-specific rotary distributors – ranging from pure media rotary unions to electrical versions, and even combined rotary distributors for both media and power.
Rotary units serve as a connection to transfer media between stationary and rotating machine components.
With KONSTANDIN rotary unions, various media such as compressed air, vacuum, or hydraulic oil can be transferred. Our product range also includes a wide variety of rotary distributors for nitrogen, hydrogen mixtures, trimethylaluminum, protective gases, water and cooling water, peroxides, lubricating grease, and more.
Applications for the food industry, high-temperature and low-temperature environments, as well as high-pressure systems, are also part of KONSTANDIN’s expertise. The combination of different media within a single rotary union is also easily achievable with our components.
KONSTANDIN’s range of services also includes electrical rotary unions for the transmission of power, signals, images, data, and more. Additional applications, such as for bus systems, Profinet, Ethernet, etc., are designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Here, too, combinations of different applications within a single unit are possible.
Finally, media and electrical rotary unions can also be combined, so that a single unit is sufficient for all the media to be transmitted.
We design all rotary distributors to meet our customers’ specific requirements and are happy to take on any challenge.

Overview of KONSTANDIN rotary units and rotary distributors
Standard series
The KONSTANDIN rotary union series are kept in stock and available at short notice.
The standard rotary distributors are suitable for all common pneumatic applications.
Stainless steel series
For higher pressures and different media, as well as for outdoor use and other special requirements, stainless steel rotary unions are used.
Rotary units XXL
In addition to the standard series up to G1“, we also manufacture rotary unions in XXL versions up to 3“ as part of our standard production.
For special media
Custom applications, such as the combination of different media and/or pressures, various connection sizes, or specific use cases, require special rotary unions.
Combined Power & Media
Rotary unions for the transmission of power and signals, including applications such as BUS systems and Profinet. Combination of different applications is possible, including multiple media.
Prepared for electricity
Medium rotary unions prepared for integration with a customer-supplied power module.
High temperatures
For high-temperature applications, standard rotary unions are equipped with suitable seals, or a custom rotary distributor is developed to meet specific requirements.
