Our brake cylinders are reinforced for longevity and wearless breaking even under extreme stresses. Our special materials minimise fatigue of the system and the overall control of switchable brakes is perfectly supplemented by our flexibly designed control cabinets.
Braking fail-safe strategy
In a rollercoaster, the piston moves quickly and forcefully against the cylinder base and the entire cylinder is subjected to a high stress repeatedly during the switching process.
With conventional models, this often leads to continuous damage to certain machine components. In particular, if the piston rod or the seal is damaged, the cylinder works less effectively.
